Chad and his team were a great help to us in finding a house and walking us through the buying process. We trusted his advice and found him to be knowledgeable and responsive. In addition, he is a good and kind person to work with. He went house hunting with us on a holiday weekend and was extremely patient while we toted along our young daughter and 4 week old baby, stopping for frequent potty breaks, diaper changes, and feedings. He even took the time to let our daughter practice turning the key in the locks as we entered houses, which helped keep her engaged and excited throughout the long day. Highly recommend!
