My husband and I began working with Chad around September of 2014. We were looking to purchase a home. However, we were not sure if we wanted to purchase an existing home, land or new construction. Chad took us to view a few houses and some plots of land. He was always willing to work around our hectic schedules and even meet us in the evenings or on weekends. We eventually purchased land through a builder and built a custom home. Chad was there every step of the way. He reviewed the builder’s contract with us to make sure we were covered. We finally closed on our house in July 2015. Chads professionalism and guidance through the entire process was impeccable. We would have been lost without him. We will use Chad in all our future real estate ventures and highly recommend that everyone else do too!
