Chad Seay and his team helped me in many ways. Not only did he keep in contact with me for 5 years as I moved from the area, but when the time was right, he met with me and thoroughly explained the selling process. As I live over 1000 miles away from Richmond, he knew that getting things accomplished on time could be a challenge. Yet, everyone on his team understood this and helped facilitate all aspects of the sale. Kudos to Debbie Bannister and the staff in his office! As sad as it was to finally sell my home, I couldn’t be happier with the results!
