What a GREAT experience we had with Chad and Debbie! I would highly recommend them to any family member or friend with confidence. Chad and Debbie were both very professional and most trustworthy. Chad was instrumental in helping us understand what we should do to prepare our home before we put it up for sale. Also, he was very knowledgeable in helping us decide what the asking price should be for our home. Chad had our home sold in 7-days and we got asking price for it!!! Debbie was very pleasant to work with and kept us up to date at all times with the entire process of listing, showings, responses, inspection, appraisal, closing etc. Again, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them next time I’m buying or selling real estate.
