Debbie Bannister, with Seay Real Estate went above and beyond the call of duty to find my sweet home in Chesterfield County. Our search was epic, spanning at least five counties around Richmond. She was determined and dedicated even though my requirements presented her with every obstacle. I was living in Texas while searching in Virginia. I have horses, dogs, and cats to consider. My budget was limited, being a retiree. She set up an excellent search that automatically sent me an e-mail whenever new properties came onto the market. But she also stoically endured taking me to some truly alarming properties that I found on the internet. Debbie did it all following me to a gas station when I had foolishly driven out into the middle of nowhere practically on empty, putting a compassionate arm around me when I opened a shed door and found a dead kitten, traipsing through tick-infested weeds to figure out property lines, dealing effectively with crazy tenants. It was madness and she handled it all with grace and a solid belief that the right property was out there for me, and we would find it together. And we did. I will be forever grateful to Debbie for her diligence, her positive attitude, her honesty, and her compassion.
