I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Chad and Seay Real Estate. Chad is such a professional & his people skills are fantastic. I felt comfortable that he had my best interest in mind and that he would help me find the right property for me. He was so helpful and patient every step of the way and really took the time to find the properties I was looking for. I knew I could always reach him with any questions or concerns and either he or a member of his team was always available. He also helped me out beyond his obligations as an agent by helping me meet IRS deadlines and by providing referrals to different people who ultimately helped me complete the 2 transactions. I had no problems or issues of concern during the 5 months that I was searching for properties. I would absolutely ask for his assistance with any future real estate needs that I may have.
