I cannot give Chad and Debbie enough praise for the professional manner in which I was treated, and for the timely listing/showing and sale of my parent’s home. I signed the contract on Tuesday, Debbie showed the house on Wednesday evening and a signed offer was made/accepted, with a closing in 30 days! I live out of state, and had concerns that the process would require a fair amount of travel for me. Chad, Debbie and attorney Sean Tluchak used available technology that in the end required only 1 trip to VA. GOOD JOB!
