Chad suggested, what I thought to be, a very gracious market value and simply asked that I consider his company to represent the property if I did decide to sell. Later, I called Chad back and asked him to place the property on the market. In less than a week, I had a contract signed for the full market value. The entire process with Chad’s team, from determining the market value to final sale and closing, was a pleasure.
