My mother had an old house that needed a lot of renovations. We were afraid it would be on the market for a long time. Mr. Seay found and investor and had it sold within two months. They were very comfortable to talk to and work with. Chad and Debbie both went so far as to meet with my mother at her new apartment several times to sign the paperwork (she is in a wheelchair and it’s hard for her to get around).
