Chad spends time each day actively looking for people who want to buy or sell real estate. As he identifies these people, he puts them on a lead follow-up system and stays in touch with them until they do buy or sell. Chad also oversees and implements the teams marketing efforts which focus on his extensive network of over 5000+ leads, friends, and past clients. Repeat clients and referrals account for the largest segment of Seay Real Estate's business. When he is not looking for leads or communicating with his sphere of influence, Chad is helping existing clients negotiate contracts to buyer or sell real estate.
As Closing Coordinator for the team, Debbie maintains contact with Seay Real Estate clients from the time their home goes under contract until the process is complete and closing occurs. She provides consistent communication to Seay Real Estate clients while maintaining contact with lenders and closing offices to help facilitate a successful closing. A few of Debbie's responsibilities include ordering necessary inspections, negotiating inspection addenda, obtaining contractor estimates, assisting in deed and document signings and coordinating move in and move out dates. Debbie also serves as office manager overseeing activities of the staff and she enjoys assisting with representing Chad's buyer clients, as needed, to find their perfect home.
Heather joined Seay Real Estate in September 2017 as Listing Coordinator and quickly obtained her real estate license in November 2017. Heather assists in getting client's homes on the market and from there, maintains weekly communication with our current sellers and keeps them informed of all the activity regarding their property until it sells!She also oversees regular company postcard mailings to the 5000+ past clients, friends and leads on the company's database and enjoys assisting with representing Chad's buyer clients, as needed, to find their perfect home.
Michelle has been with Seay Real Estate since 2006 and has worked in various capacities but primarily as bookkeeper overseeing the company's operating and escrow accounts.
A.J. joined the Seay Real Estate team in February 2019 as a real estate agent. He brings over 20 years of customer service experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. A.J. values getting to know each client on a personal level so he can best understand their needs. He feels understanding the client's needs coupled with being available and communicating throughout the entire process will create a positive and effective buying and/or selling experience.

Her 35 years of customer service experience and knowledge of the construction process help her serve her clients well. A native of Richmond, she is also very knowledgeable of the entire Metro Richmond area. Melissa represents both buyer and seller clients and often assists Chad in helping his buyer clients find their perfect home.
Chris is invested in all facets of real estate business. Whether he is navigating the way for first time buyers, seeking out the prefect property or providing clients assistance in the luxury market, Chris delivers with the utmost dedication. He began his real estate journey through studying architectural design and engineering and eventually became an investor for himself and others. Chris has been in commercial and residential project development for 7 years having gained a vast array of invaluable knowledge.
